Yayasan Ihsan Rakyat (YIR) established in 2012 is a foundation incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 and is not a cooperative under the Cooperatives Act 1993. YIR provides exclusive shariah compliant personal financing for Malaysian civil servants, Statutory Bodies and selected Government-linked companies (GLCs) employees.
YIR fund is funded by RCE Marketing Sdn Bhd 198101011880 (78009-K), a Bumiputera-owned company.
